Leading ERP provider
Permanent ERP Consultant role in Sydney — own Pronto Xi end-to-end across finance, distribution, and integrations with a well-established organisation.
We're looking for an experienced ERP Consultant to join a well-established Sydney-based organisation where Pronto Xi sits at the heart of their business operations. This is a permanent, hands-on technical role where you'll own the ERP environment end-to-end — from system configuration and integrations through to financial process optimisation. If you know Pronto inside out and enjoy solving complex business problems through smart technical solutions, this one's worth a look.
Administering, configuring, and maintaining the Pronto Xi ERP platform across finance, distribution, and operational modules
Designing, developing, and managing API integrations between Pronto and third-party systems including payment gateways, reporting tools, and CRM platforms
Collaborating with finance stakeholders to map, optimise, and troubleshoot end-to-end financial workflows including GL, AP, AR, and month-end processes
Leading requirements gathering sessions with business units and translating them into functional and technical ERP solutions
Identifying system inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the ERP landscape
Producing and maintaining technical documentation including integration specs, data dictionaries, and process maps
Providing Level 2/3 support and acting as the internal subject matter expert for all Pronto-related queries
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with Pronto Xi across multiple functional modules — this is non-negotiable
Solid understanding of API architecture (REST/SOAP) with proven experience building or maintaining integrations with Pronto
Strong working knowledge of financial systems and accounting principles including GL, AP, AR, budgeting, and financial reporting
Demonstrated ability to engage directly with finance and operations teams to gather requirements and deliver ERP solutions
Experience with SQL for data extraction, reporting, and troubleshooting within Pronto environments
Familiarity with Pronto upgrades, patch management, and environment migrations is highly desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a complex systems environment
Competitive salary package of $140,000 base + super in a permanent full-time role based in Sydney
True ownership of the ERP environment — this isn't a support-only role, you'll have real influence over the roadmap
Flexible hybrid working arrangements with a modern Sydney CBD or metro office base
Exposure to complex integrations and financial systems across a growing, multi-entity business
Ongoing professional development support including access to Pronto training and industry certifications
