We’re looking for a seasoned Full‑Stack Engineer to join our fast‑growing SaaS team in Sydney. You’ll work on a product used by thousands of enterprise customers, shaping both the front‑end experience and the back‑end services that power it.
Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React and Next.js.
Build and optimise Java‑based micro‑services deployed on AWS.
Collaborate with product owners and designers in Scrum ceremonies to deliver features every sprint.
Write automated tests and participate in code reviews to uphold code quality and reliability.
Monitor performance and troubleshoot production issues across the full stack.
Contribute to architecture decisions, ensuring scalability and security for a multi‑tenant SaaS platform.
Mentor junior developers and share best practices in Agile development.
5+ years of professional experience building SaaS applications.
Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Hands‑on experience with Java (Spring Boot or similar) and RESTful API design.
Solid understanding of AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, CI/CD pipelines).
Proven track record working in Scrum/Agile teams.
Ability to write clean, maintainable code and a passion for automated testing.
Desirable: experience with containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes) and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
